Eric Swanson has been a professional session and touring musician for over two decades and combines that experience with his education in electrical engineering to provide reliable, experienced, and informed repair work to every amp that crosses the bench.

Originally from the Dallas, TX area, I graduated Southern Methodist University with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics. Before pursuing a full time music career, I also studied graduate physics at the University of Texas at Dallas. Eventually, I moved to Brooklyn, NY to pursue music opportunities in earnest. In 2009, I met Israel Nash and have been recording and touring with him on pedal steel, guitar, bass, and vocals for the last decade. When I moved to Denver with my wife in 2017, I decided to dedicate more time to working on and developing amplifiers and effects. After touring the US and Europe since 2006, I realized that I have a unique perspective in the music gear world both using the gear on a professional level and understanding the technology from an engineering perspective. Having played local bars and small clubs to massive festival stages from LA to NYC and from Madrid to Stockholm, I’ve been in your shoes. I know what it means to have a great-sounding, reliable amplifier so that you can focus on playing and forget about gear troubles on stage. I bring all this experience to bear when working on your gear.
